Hi all!

I just put a deposit down on a dark amethyst 2007 Harley edition F150, which will be showing up in about 2 weeks.

While I'm waiting, I'm looking for some advice on accessories. I used to work for Dodge a while back (I feel like a traitor) and one thing I know just from driving the Ford, as much as I love the look of it and the rear cab space, the power isn't quite the same as the Hemi. Soo...

Any recommendations on an intake or chip to get it up a bit? I don't want to get crazy on the cost, my wife might kill me as it is. I'm hesitant to do anything to the exhaust for warranty reasons, but if anyone has a good safe recommendation for that I'd listen.

Finally, anyone have any pictures of the 2007 amethyst truck? I can't find a single one online for some bizarre reason.

 

Nice purchase and I don't think there's many things to do to it to make it nicer than it already is. Do those still come supercharged from the factory??

 

I saw one of those at the Cleveland New Car Show. She was HOT.

So what mods are you planning?? Do they still come supercharged from the factory??

Edit: they don't come supercharged from the factory. I wonder why Ford would stop supercharging them. It only has the 5.4 v8 Electronic Fuel Injection engine. It's still a sweet looking truck but I wonder why they would stop??

I don't know why they stopped super charging it, I was a bit miffed myself. When it gets here I'll be sure to post some pics of it in the Dark Amethyst color.


As for mods, not sure yet. Definitely going to put an intake of some kind on, what would be best though I'm not sure. Performance chip as well, again not sure which would be the best way to go. Any advice?
