Can anyone tell me if the 2014 FX4 with the appearance package has heated/cooled seats? I spoke for one today after test-driving it, and forgot to check that out! Also wondering if they have the super cool ambient lighting in the cab that lights up the cup-holders and door handles. Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks All.

I believe that you have to have the luxury package in order to have the heated/cooled seats.

If the truck has HID headlamps you will have the luxury package.

They don't have the ambient lighting in 2013. I think that only started in lower packages in 15 or 16.

 

I have a 2014 Lariat, with the luxury package, that has all the ambient light in the cup holders, and door handles, heated & cooled seats, but I do not have the HID head lights. Maybe that started in 2015.

 

I have a 14 FX4 with heated and cooled seats no ambient lighting. And I have HID lights.

 

Lol, and the plot thickens..

 

The Heated/cooled seats came with the Luxury package on the FX4's. You couldn't get ambient lighting with FX4's in those years. You had to go with a Lariat to get Ambient lighting.

Maybe this will help. '13's and '14's were pretty much identical options wise.
