Default New Gears

Hey guys, I've been reading a lot of the posts made about new gears but they all seem to be talking about older F150 trucks. I have a 2005 5.4L V8 with a catback exhaust, 35" tires, Edge Evolution performance chip, AFE cold air intake, and a JET Mass Airflow Sensor. I pull my buddies boat every once in a while and I want more power. I was thinking of going with 4.56 gears from my stock ones now. I don't wanna go 4.88 because I haven't heard too many good things about going that high unless you're pulling a 5th wheel or toy hauler (which i am not). Anyone have any comments or suggestions?? I would really appreciate it. Thanks

I had my gears changed form the stock 3.55's to Yukon 4.56's last November and have been very happy with them. I had been running the 3.55's for about 8 months after lifting my truck and adding 35's and the truck did alot of gear searching going up hills. Now with the 4.56's no more gear searching and I have regained that lost power. I say go for it, you won't be disappointed.
