Default New to forum with a problem question

Hi all, new to the forum and with a problem. A month ago I bought a 2011 F150 4x4 supercab. The dealer wrote the 5 digit door unlocking code for the panel on the outside of the drivers door but I have no idea what I did with the paper. I looked on YouTube and it said to remove the panels on the passenger side kick panel and the code would be on a sticker inside the panel. Did that and the only two tags back there did not have a 5 digit code anywhere on them. Any ideas how I can now figure out what the combination code is ?

Bring it to the dealership they can get it with there computers. (edit) with is being a only a month old to you i would call your sales man and tell him that you need the code again. I would not pay for it.... it only takes about 5 mins to get it.

2) On the bar code sticker on the back of the fuse box block (passenger side outside kick panel), it will be the 5 digit number in the lower left hand corner of the sticker when reading it.

Your will have to remove the fuse box access 'door' and the piece it attaches to. (they snap out and snap back in)

The number is NOT in giant font size or bolded, just a tiny 5 digit number that would not raise any attention.

I had to use a flashlight in the daytime to make out the last digit. This print is SMALL.

I had to do this because my truck was used and the previous owner kept the Owner's Manual.

The Ford dealer will want $50 for this code to be pulled, and various websites around the web will give you the run-around.

Every model has a different location for this code so it was hard to find this for our specific truck (i.e. older models of F150 had the code hidden behind the back seat, etc.).

This should work for all 09-12 F150s

FITZ14, I removed everything shown in your photo. The sticker in your photo is about twice the size of the sticker found on mine. There were only 2 different strings of digits, however the vast majority were alphabet letters instead of numbers. There would be 2-3 alphabet letters then a number, a couple more alphabets and a number and so on. I copied down just the numbers and tried them with no luck. Guess one way or another, I'm only left with the dealership to sting me ....

try looking on the same piece, but on the other side.

Rather than on the immediate outside, look on the inner side

Ignoring the crappy PS for a few seconds, this is where I found it with a friend of mine. Not too sure the photo is 100% accurate, I believe it's in the approximate area, but up where it wouldn't be seen easily.

I hope this helps. It's been a couple months since I looked at it, but I really hope I help

There should be a card in your owners manual with the code. On my truck, the code in the fuse box was 5 numbers and one letter.
