New To Ford and New to Trucks!!!!(2012 F150)
I have a couple questions on the radio system... The truck I purchased is a Ford F150 XLT SuperCrew 2012 and I have been reading on this forum. I keep hearing that if you have the Sony system you cant upgrade to an aftermarket system... How do you know if you have this system? I do not have a sub or anything. I would like to put a sub in the truck but I am reading you run into difficulties if you have the Sony system.

09-10 With Sony are incompatible with Ford's Kicker sub upgrade, 2011-2014 are compatible.
If you had the Sony system you would have a factory sub under the rear seat. Here's a link for the Kicker sub upgrade. http://www.levittownfordsupercenter....bs-p-1823.html
Part # 9L3Z-18808-N, look it up on ebay for a large discount.
