You looking for a basic handheld model, plug n play or wanting something to monitor / see gauges too? Few options depending on what you are looking to do.

I got my SCT 3015 programmer from Franchi.

The pre-programmed tunes work OK, but the 3015 also lets me adjust some things myself...like tire size, rev limits, speed limiter, etc. Aftermarket tunes from other people can also be loaded onto it. In case you want something more aggressive or get it dyno tuned.

The throttle response and everyday drivability are much better, and makes it painful to go back to stock for the few occasions that have been needed. I really hate the stock throttle and transmission programming!

I don't know anything about locking OD though.

HINT/TIP: You'll find posting in the
Late Model F150s > 2009 2014 Ford F150
section more helpful/appropriate than General F150 Discussion posts.
