Default Need help! Problem with 12' ecoboost

Hi,
New postingin this forum, but I've used the site for info plenty of times. I'm basically looking for some advice and direction on what to do in my situation.
Brief history:

I had a 2002 f150 fx4 with 226,000miles on it with no problems, just high mileage. On January 18, 2016, for piece of mind, I traded that truck in for a 2012 f150 fx4 with 50,742 miles on it. I also purchased a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. On March 21, 2016 I broke down. I used the roadside assistance, and was towed to a different dealer from which I bought the truck at. I received a Ford Escape as my loaner car. I loaded that thing up with as many of my tools from truck as I could, and went to work 2 hours late. No complaints, I made things work.

On April 28, 2016 I got a call from the dealer. They put in a new long block, new turbos, new intake and replaced and injector in cylinder 3. They told me that they don't know what cause the first engine to grenade on both sides of the block. The truck runs a little rough on cold start(enough to make ripples in a cup of water in the cup holder), but smooths out once it warms up. It also made a rubbing/grinding noise sporadically while driving, and I would simultaneously feel a slight vibration in the gas pedal. (it almost sounded like my hub engaging on my old f150). I feel like a lab rat, but I'm ok with that. It comes with engine replacement territory.

On May 1, 2016 i went to start my truck up at 1:30am and all it did was crank. So I cranked it two more times, still nothing. On the 4th crank it kind of sounded like it wanted to start but didn't quite get there. At this point I decided to get out of the truck and maybe take a look. As I opened the door, I was met with a strong odor of gas and quickly noticed a puddle of gas under the back of the engine. Called roadside assistance and got the truck towed back to the dealer that replaced the engine.
So now it's Sunday and the dealer is closed all day. I don't have a loaner car to get to work tomorrow. Ford customer relations is closed. I feel like a lab rat driving a 30,000+ experiment around. Well for the 2 days I drove it anyways. So what's my best plan of action?

Wait until they open on Monday, and give them a chance to make good on it.

Why do you feel like a lab rat? You got a new engine and turbos? Not like they kept throwing things at it trying to fix it and kept giving it back and you breaking down. Sounds like the dealership didn't tighten something all the way down in the fuel system when they replaced the motor. Let them sort it out before you decide you need to take "action".

I feel like a lab rat because I almost haven't had my truck as long as I've had it, it's broken down on me twice and now it makes some noises and vibrations that did not happen before. I think most people would no matter what brand of vehicles you prefer. I'm not looking for a buyback or money. Just getting my story out there and if anybody has advice for me that would be great. I'm waiting for dealer to call me back

I understand the displeasure of your experience. I'm just trying to figure out the lab rat analogy. Sounds to me like ford and the dealership are taking care of you and the problem, in a timely manner. Just be patient until they give you a reason not to. You have gotten a lot better treatment than some of the guys on here claim to have gotten.

In that note, I agree with you. I'm am in no way upset with the service I have received to date. Just putting my story out there and looking for advice. I.e. Does anyone have any thoughts on the rubbing noise or vibration, or the new engine running rough on start up? Should I get some kind of additional warranty on the new engine?
