Default Need Help finding a part for my HVAC?? please help!!

So my HVAC module is on the fritz, part # is EL3Z19980C, and of course it’s discontinued, so my question is, can I replace it with EL3Z19980H since that’s the only part I can find in stock anywhere? If not is there another route I can go to get this fixed? I’ve noticed I can find the whole control unit on eBay with a different part # could I do that instead of just replacing the actual part? Any help is appreciated as the dealer has been an absolute nightmare. Thanks in advance guys. I have a 2014 F-150 Limited with the 3.5 Ecoboost.

I have not tried a wrecking yard yet, I was trying to see if anyone had any other ideas before I went that route.

As for the control unit on eBay, that could be a viable option if it’s compatible with your vehicle. Just make sure to verify compatibility with the seller or check if the part numbers match the specs for your F-150.

Yes I've done Ebay for some Ford things.

There is a vendor here called Levittstown Ford, they have a vintage parts department. Contact them via PM here, Barry helped me locate an interior part for my 13.

Levittstown ford is his name on here? Sorry I’m new to the forums and not exactly sure how they all work.

@Tugboatbuzzy Now you can click on the Levittown Ford Parts name in my previous post and then in the upper left you can send them a private message.
