Default Need help with 8" Productivity Screen

I just purchased a 2015 F150 Platinum, which has the 8" productivity screen between the RPM and MPH dials in the dash. My issue is this: Every time I start the truck, the screen goes automatically to the trailer tab - don't get me wrong, there is some good information here, however, I would like for the screen to simply default to the last screen I was on when I shut off the vehicle - for instance MyView or Truck Info. I went back to the dealer and they said it should default to the screen it was on when the vehicle was turned off and we even tested it in a similar truck that the owner of the dealership has. We (the service guys and I ) tried everything we could think of - no luck. Any thoughts (and hopefully some solutions) as to how I can get the screen to default to the last screen it was on when the vehicle is turned off? Thanks!

Do you have a trailer hooked up? If not, it should default to the last screen you were on.

No, I do not have a trailer hooked up. After I read your post I reset all of the trailer configuration options I could - still no luck.

My KR was doing this after I was playing around in the trailer screen. I believe if you go into the trailer info screen and select default trailer or no trailer then click ok it will stop defaulting to that screen. Play around with that and you will get it to stop. You can have a trailer selected and not be hooked up to one, that's what's making it go to that screen.

Thank you both! I went back into the trailer screen and deselected and reselected the default trailer option (instead of no trailer selected), clicked Ok - and it worked! Seems a bit counterintuitive that it forces a trailer selection - but I am not complaining now that I know this little quirk! Thanks again, I really appreciate the time and help!

Glad to hear it is all sorted out. I was thinking it was seeing a trailer hooked up (maybe a light bar or something) and defaulting to the screen.
