I recently bought a 86 f150 and am having some issues i cant figure out. The brake pedal will not return all the way to the top on its on. The clutch pedal is fine and works great. Any thought on what i should try. Could it be the booster?

 

Sounds like the seals in the booster have gone bad. Most Likely looking at replacing it.
