Default Mystery part

Hey I’m having a hard time figuring out what this or where it belongs. Figured I’d give this a shot.
I was changing the oil on my xlt today and while I was wiping the oil catch tray below the oil filter, a white tube/plunge fell from there and I can’t figure out for the life in me where it came from.
I tried searching ford oem parts for it. Can’t find it or even find the name for it.
Anyone ever see this before?

Not sure. Google Images isn't being very helpful with this one.

Is this the same type plug that is foung in a transmission pan upon first change? Has to do with when the vehicle is on the line being built, down the fill tube?

I have no idea. It was the first oil change for the truck. It fell to the floor when I was under the truck after I removed the oil filter. It’s not a pass through plug so it can’t be used to have anything go through it. No oil is leaking from anywhere and pressure is good still. I drove about 50 miles after doing the oil change and nothing seems to be wrong so far

Checkfit it to your dip stick tube. Maybe they go down the line with that installed and the dipstick is added later. Might've been dropped. Just a guess.
