Default My truck shakes while breaking!!!!

Okay well I don't know when but I very aggressive shaking occurs when I'm driving and I break. But I noticed it only happens when I'm braking from a high speeds like 70 or 75. I got it checked out by the dealership but my disc are not warp is there something else??

Some details would greatly help here... 2/4WD? 4 Wheel Disc/Rear Drum? Year? Likely going to be in the rotor. Could be in a failing hub. Too many causes with no info to go on.

I had the same problem. I found out that one of my calipers were hung up and had to replace it.

Warped rotor cause by heavy breaking or stuck rotor possibly. I have ever heard of people over torquing the wheels causing the rotor to bend.

Well now that I think about it I do tend to break hard ( is a natural reflex) but not so hard that my tires rub on the street. My old man Todd me out was because the calipers were getting wet while hot since it tends to rain .

That is also a possibility.

Yep sure so. I do mechanic work as a side hobby and lifting and lowering F-150s is the things I do the most.
