First of all as a relative newb to this site just let me say I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post this in the forum, so my apologies. Anyway, I just had to share my first experience with the sponsor site AutoAnything and I can sum it up in one word...AWESOME! I ordered a duha underseat storage bin from them yesterday (at the best price anywhere I might add) and there was a small issue with the order. Apparently I had double clicked the submit order button and not realized it. Not one hour later a representative called me to double check the order, but I wasn't available to answer. I ended up calling them back about three hours later and they were quickly able to look up my order and confirm that I had in fact ordered twice. On top of that they had waited to charge my credit card until I checked in with them. They were extremely helpful and courteous on the phone. I ended up keeping the order as is because my brother has the same truck and I figured the bin would make a good gift. They were happy to make sure I was satisfied. Companies like this are hard to find these days! If you can't tell I'm very pleased and will recommend them to anyone I come across!
