I have a 2012 Ford F-150 fx4 5.0. I'm tryn to get opinions on mufflers. Currently I have a magnaflow single in dual out. But it's not sounding like I thought it would after cats have been taken off. Any opinions or links would help. Thanks guys

That Black Widow sounds great! Wonder how it is inside the cab, and any drone?

But, don't quite like it enough to change out my Borla.

 

That black widow sounds nice. I'll defiantly check it out, thanks. I've been you tubing spintech mufflers and borla atak muffler also.

 

If you want louder than the magnaflow, get a flowmaster or borla muffler. I personally like the Borla.

 

Easy solution. Find a muffler shop that will remove yours, and place several different ones on your truck and start it each time so you can select the sound you like.

 

If it were that easy bucko I would. But 90% of the places around here only carry magnaflow or flowmaster. They don't carry borla or others. I've been really thinking about the spin tech super pro series. Plus I guy I work with said if I didn't like the spintech then he would by it from me right then.

 

My local shop doesn't even deal with anything other than the cheap aluminized stuff.
