$57,000 for a new Truck , i have just over 5,000 miles on it and can't wait to get rid of it, most uncomfortable driver seat I have ever been in,
Everyone I talk to says there's only one way to fix it get rid of it, i will make the trade in May
Going to make the switch back to Dodge I drive 50,000 miles a year just can't put up with an uncomfortable cab

? I was thinking about having custom-made bucket seat, hate to lose all the money on the trade
Opened any suggestions

Pull the skin, add foam where needed. Go. If that doesn't work, buy a Dodge.

I drove my last truck for 13 years and nearly 200K miles. When I drove my new one 75 miles to home I thought "Oh no". I think a body probably molds itself to a seat after a few years. I've driven about 1K miles in the new one and it's getting better. I really don't drive enough anymore to give myself a chance to get used to the difference. I can't expect a new truck seat to be the same as a 13 year old one.

i have the same problem... mine is a 16 xlt 302a Screw with black cloth seat. the issue with the driver seat is that the seat buttom cusion can not give u enough support.

I have an Air Hawk seat cushion in my truck and makes a big difference in the comfort. Especially for my back.
The key it to pump it up fully then sit on the seat and let air out until you find your comfort level. Mine feels like their isn't much air in but the air does distribute through the air chambers to where needed.

I think you may be right i used to drive 50,000 miles a year Plus,
now i do very little driving since theyput me out to pasture hopefully it'll work out thanks

seat its probably only thing im happy in my 06king ranch...and footwel space....second to none and im 6'4"....Mercedes Benz 2017 lorry im driving for living is giving me hard time...seat is so bad even with 3air supports....
as others said, try to modifie seat before rid of truck...
