Default More power

Hi guys,

New here, I just bought a close out 2006 F150 Super Crew, 4.6. Great deals right now, paid invoice with another 7k rebate from Ford. $5500 off for the 5.4. The was limited amount of both, but the 4.6 had the right color and also had the Dvd system and some other good stuff.

I do want more power though. I am looking to do Magnaflow exhaust Friday, and will be getting Airaid intake soon after. Will I feel the improvement afterwards?

If I put a lift on and add bigger tires will this thing really lagggg??

I replied to your PM... Upgrade the air intake, exhaust and get a power programmer (Edge, SCT) and you will NOT regret it!! Best mods all under 500bux!!

i think with the extra power your adding the bigger tires shouldnt slow you down much but i definetely felt a difference upgrading stock tires to 285's with out any perf. mods

Thanks for the info. The dealership is giving a free billet grill and they are letting me get the Fx4 rims with bigger tires to be only $185 total.
