CAI, and SI/DO exhaust. If you think you're going to gain performance, well, just keep thinking. You won't gain anything except a nice sound on either end, and an appearance gain. If that's all you want, go for it, but don't fall for the hype. This is the age of 'puters. Back in the last century, gains "could" be had by adding one or both, but not now.
Oh, and the sound thing, it's subjective. I've heard some that sound like garbage, and drone. And I've heard a few that sound good, and don't drone.

Flame me all you want... but
Wheel Spacers... They put unnecessary stress on existing studs, while usually being made of subpar materials. Then you find that they crack and your wheel goes rolling by you as your truck has sparks flying off of it and comes to a screeching halt. Not to mention the wear and tear on front end parts...
