Mod Question
I currently have a 2005 Silver F150 Regular Cab with a billet grille in the front and chrome side steps. I am soon to get a Cowl Hood, 15% tint, 3" lift, bed liner, and bed cover. I was wondering if it would look good with 20" black rims on the silver truck. So many people go to chrome or silver and I wanted my truck to stand out so I am thinking of some nice, black rims such as:

Welcome to the site!! You'll definitely stand out with black wheels on a silver truck. It will look pretty good. I've seen MANY silver go with the black wheels and they look decent IMO.
I am not sure what the difference between lifts are, i just wanted it a tad bit higher. And i think im fully convinced on gettin the black rims just a choice of which ones. I should have everything done when this tax season runs around, i cant wait!!!!!
Thanks everyone!

So are wanting off-road tires or low-pros?? If you're going with low pros I wouldn't lift it at all. It's gonna look weird having a lifted truck with 20's and low-pros. I think you should go with bigger wheels and drop it a few inches to give a better look. There's going to be too much of a wheel gap.
BUT.....If you're planning on going with 20's and like 33's, 35's or 37" tires than I would definitely lift it!!
