You have to put it in perspective. If you spend 300 on a CAI how long will it take you to recoup that 300 in savings at maybe 1 mpg. Especially now that fuel prices have dropped.

Exactly!

You'll spend hundreds to modify your truck to gain anywhere from 1-3 mpg's and you'll never recoup that money in gas savings. If you want to mod your truck go for it and we'll definitely help you out. Do it for increased performance and how much better it'll make your truck feel with a side benefit of increased gas mileage.

yes, just picked up the truck yesterday. very nice. It only cost me $36 to fill the empty tank today. I hope price stay that way. thanks for the tips. Troutman8 Out.

The best and cheapest way to save gas is to watch how you drive, back down on highway crusing speed's and watch how you brake and accelerate. Also save's wear and tear on your vehicle and best of all it's free!
