Magnaflow hands down! Flowmasters are built to put out sound...Magnaflows are built to produce good flowing exhaust with a good tone. Magnaflow mufflers are flow through mufflers while the Flowmasters have all these baffles and chambers...just to make it sound good.

I've had both on my truck. Flow 40 sounded good but rusted out in 3 yrs and had some cab drone at 40 mph. Went with a Magnaflow and like it better. Deeper tone and no more drone and got a stainless steel model to boot. Both single in and dual out design.

wow pawpaw, i really like yours, looks exactly like what i want to put on mine, si/do with rear exit...did you put in a whole system or just muffler? I think i am going with just muffler, as i am worried about the chump dealerships voiding the engine/drivetrain warranty on my 2010 if i put on new cats or a whole system changing the back pressure...
