I just purchased a 2000 Ford Harley Davidson edition truck and was going to have my tires rotated and balanced and discovered that the rims have wheel locks on them. The individual I purchased the truck from said he had lost the master key and now I am looking for the best way to remove these locks without damaging my rims. I tried 2 Ford dealerships but they were no help at all. Any suggestions?

 

just hammer a socket on lock that barley fits and you don't mind lossing

You may try a tire shop like discount tire. They were able to get a set off of a friends trailer.
