Default Lug nut help and TPMS

Before I get to involved in this post, I just want to give a heads up that I really do not know a lot about cars/trucks so some terminology may be beyond my current knowledge base.

My truck is a 2016 F-150 XLT with a 5.0 L Tire size is 275/65 R18.
I was/am in dire need of new tires so I thought that I might as well get some new rims to go with them. (I have been meaning to "dress up" my truck a bit since I bought it.) I loved the beefy knobby look of some of the wheel/tires out there but I didn't want to modify my truck to accommodate them. I also didn't want them to stick out so far that it would cause issues down the road especially since I may be getting a truck camper next year.

I currently have the stock rims and probably the same tires that came on the truck when it was new.

Anyways, I ordered a set of Falken A/T 3Ws (I live in Wisconsin) and found the 18" Fuel Vapor D560 with +19 offset. I wasn't able to order these as a package deal so I wasn't able to have them assembled through where they were bought. (had to buy the rims at a couple of different places) Doing this doesn't add recommended lug nuts in the cart.

So now I have no idea what size lug nuts I need to buy. I tried reaching out to the places I bought the rims but have not heard back yet. Any ideas what size I need? What I should look for? Would they require a special size tire iron if I have a flat?

Second part- Since these tires are a few years shy of 10 years, I figured I might as well get some new TPMS sensor. Is there a brand better than others or does it not matter?

Just a side note- I will be taking the Tires, rims, and accessories to a tire place to have them assembled and mounted on my truck. And yes, I will be getting an alignment done as well.

Any help, recommendations, tips, tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance
Tisha

Their web page says conical. I bet if you call or email Fuel they'll tell you exactly what you need. Maybe even sell you some. Your tire shop might know also. You probably already have conical on your current wheels so don't need new nuts.

Looking at the picture you might need to keep an Allen wrench with you to get the caps off. I'd guess the wheels come with one though.

I didn't even think to contact Fuel. If I can't get a response I will just call the tire shop. Thank you!

As for the new TPMS sensor go with Ford/Motorcraft. When you contact Fuel and they are conical, make sure the Stock Bulged lugs will work or if they need to be a smaller size. Some Aftermarket wheels have holes too small for the stock lugs to fit in.

tishabenn...
Welcome!
.
TPMS sensors: Motorcraft - TPMS-35 *Consider buying a set from ebaY®. Over the years I have purchased several sets and had no issues. Just be sure to review the seller's rating.

Lug Nuts: Thread is 14mm x 150mm. 13/16" | 21mm. Recommend either Gorilla or McGard
.
  1. There are year specific forums which better serve non-general F-150 issues/topics..
  2. Consider putting your complete vehicle information (year, model, cab, trim, engine, wheelbase, _x4 drive, mileage) in your signature to have it automagically included when you post.

**If you're posting with a non-PC ap' insure that "full version" is selected to work properly.

Don't buy TPMS sensors from eBay. Electronics are too easy to counterfeit.

If the new wheels take regular acorn nuts and not bulge nuts like the oem wheels, adjust your lug nut torque to 125lb-ft.
