Default lube specs

I just bought a 94 ford f150 and no owners manual with it and need to know what goes in my rear diff it's a one legger with 3:55 gears my tranny is a Mazda 5 speed transfer case is Borg warner and the front diff is a Dana 44 can anyone help me with what fluid goes in these parts please

80w90 gear oil in the differentials and ATF in both the trans and transfer case.

What's the difference between 75/90 and 80/90 can I use the 75/90 instead? I live in the arctic so can I get away with 75/90 is it a thinner oil and will it work in - 40 temp
