Question lowering shackles

just installed 2" lowering shackles on my 2010 ford f150 platium, and was wondering why my passenger side of the truck is half inch lower then driverside? any info would help.

Did you check it before you installed them? ½" isn't very much. I installed some in mine and it's 1 ½" higher on the passenger side. It was before and after.

fixed the problem by putting the passenger side shackle on the one inch hole instead of the two inch hole, and now the truck is leveled out almost perfect, maybe a 16th off. but that is not much.
