Default Lower control arm problems

I have a 99 F150, and I am replacing my lower control arms and I ran into a bit of a problem. On the driver side the bolt that holds the control arm to the frame wont come out. the one towards the back of the truck, the one to the front came out just fine. The bolt moves about 1/8th" and spins, I have hit that thing with a 8lb sledge and nothing happens lol. I did the other side no problems. **** just wont budge. Any ideas to why it wont come out. Ill take a picture tomorrow morning, or if i feel like going downstairs tonight.

Try cutting the head of the bolt off and running it out the opposite direction. The rubber bushing could be wadded up and holding it. If all else fails throw some heat to it like map gas.
