Last weekend the only key I got when I bought my 2006 in July fell out of my pocket while I was walking my dogs. Spent all day Saturday and Sunday looking for the dang thing to no avail. Monday, I went to the dealer and was told a quote of $300-400 for two replacement keys and the labor involved. Ended up calling a locksmith who did the same job for $160 (gave me a deal as it turned out we had both worked for the same company years ago...otherwise it would've been $190). I then got online and found a couple of fobs for $20 a piece and bought 2.

That was Monday. On Tuesday, my neighbor asked me if I had lost a key.

Yep, now I've got three keys and fobs. At least I don't have to worry about losing another without having one to spare.
