Default Loss of Electrical?

I have an 03 F150, 4x4, 5.4 Engine that had intermittent no start. A boost or recharge would normally handle it. I now have lost most electrical functions.
No interior lights, no ignition switch function (Power up, instruments, crank etc) I have checked wit Multi Meter. Full charge on Battery, Fusible Link good, voltage to Firewall solenoid, voltage at main alternator terminal, voltage at under hood Fuse/Relay block, seems to be voltage at in Truck Fuse block & voltage at dash power outlets. I checked terminals & grounds at Starter for corrosion etc.
There is a Relay buzz/chatter coming from in Cab fuse block. It stops if any function tried.
Has anyone run across similar issues?
I did the newbie thing on intro thread & will adjust my profile later.

I haven't tried that yet. As I stated, I have no function. There is no starter action when crossing Firewalll solenoid terminals, as in using a remote starter button in this application.

I would make sure all your connections are good.... Even at the terminal...
