i like this site alot i have a f150 but fixin to trade on a used f250 or f350 me and my dad do side tree work just started a new business and need a bigger truck but dont know much about the 6.0 or 7.3 powerstoke would like to know pros and cons if any one has had one of this truck or knows anything about them ive had several problem with my 5.4 so i want to do more research before i buy another truck thanks chaz

 

The 7.3s are bullet proof, the 6L have internal oil pump issues in 03,04, n 05 they all have head gaskets problems they usually go after 100000km that can be fixed by putting in after market bolts, we got a f-550 with 6L it's a 2006 it pulled our 30 000 pound horse trailer ;-), my dads 2009 f-350 with the 6.4 pulls hell of a lot better tho

 

The 7.3 was built by International NOT Ford and is arguably the best diesel engine ever made for heavy duty pickups. Like fiddick said..."bulletproof"
