Looking for suggestions: Running boards for 2010 SuperCab
I'm looking for new running boards to replace my OEM boards on my 2010 FX4 SueprCab. I'd like to ask the forum for suggestions. I've checked out American Trucks, Amazon, and Stage3 and didn't see anything that met my requirements:
1. Wheel to wheel
2. 5" or wider. Preferably 6" or 7"
3. Black
4. Not a bar with steps or stepdowns. Just a flat surface all the way across.
My requirements are derived from the want/need to be able to exit the truck but stand on the running board and shuffle back to the bed to grab something, then shuffle back without stepping on the ground. I'm setting up my truck for camping, but setting it up to sleep in the cab. I anticipate I'll want to roll outta bed/sleeping bag, then need something out of the bed like mud boots, etc. I might be off road somewhere and want to try and keep the cab cleanish. My girl will also be camping with me a lot and I think she'll appreciate needing to do this. In fact, this is more to make her happier with off-road/boondock camping so I get to go off-road/boondock camping more often.

HIGHLY recommend Raptor running boards.While gen'12 versions may not be readily available, there's plenty of gen'13 take-offs on eBay® for not much $$$ *Think Shelby ...

I bought some Ionic boards that were practically the same as SuperDude platform boards. Fit perfectly, and worked very well.
Haven't looked there in awhile, may have something you'd want.
