Hi everyone.

This is my first post. The only Ford trucks I've ever owned have been a couple 1st gen explorers (a sport & a 4dr). Now I'm looking for something bigger, and am really liking the Lariats.

What I've been looking at are f150's 4x4 between 2000 & 2005 with anywhere between 75k & 130k miles. This will be used as my daily driver, and I rarely tow.

Are there any specific things (specific to these f150's) I should be looking at to make sure I get solid truck and I'm not buying someone else's problem? The only problem I'm aware of is an issue with spark plugs on the Triton engine. Sounds like that issue is resolved by changing plugs early and often.
