Default Looking at 2025 Powerboost

Does anyone know if Ford fixed the problem with the POWERBOOST rear axle? I’m wanting to take advantage of the pricing incentive that is going on until 2 April.

If you are talking about the axle bolts shearing, then I think that only occurred on those trucks with the max tow package. The max tow package was not an option on the 2024 refresh and I assume it still isn't for the 2025s so shouldn't be a concern.

Max tow is available on a 24 and pretty sure on a 25. You have the TOW/HAUL Package and option to add the axle in question to get max tow. Question open is whether it’s the same axle that is on recall up to the 23’s. I believe it is.

I’m so on the fence! They gave me an “out the door price” of $66,995, for the King Ranch.
MSRP$76,800

I just bought a powerboost Lariat.

It's great, the power is awesome. The gas mileage improvement appears to be only noticeable in city driving. HWY seems similar to the ratings of the eco boost.
