2015 F150 Lariat super crew long bed

Today i installed amber lights that are in my grille and tied them into my passenger side headlight. Now i dont have power to anything on that right headlight but the amber lights work.

I also installed a under tailgate light bar (park, brake, reverse, and signal). Now that that was done with them unplugged i only have brake and signal. No park but if i plug them back in i get a signal for a split second and then lights go blank on both sides.

can anyone help? I scanned for BCM codes and had them cleared and nothing is working still
