lift + insurance?
#42
I just bought my first 150 - 2010 crew cab lariat - after finally getting rid of my chevy s-10 beater I got stupid cheap as my first car. I went from paying $90/month in insurance on a car that wasn't worth what that premium adds up to each year to paying $99/month on the new truck. 23 years old, just graduated, single, no wrecks but speeding tix out the ***.
Got lucky I guess.

I pay $540 every 6 months, but I'm on my parents also. And had it drop when I turned 24, and dropped with good grades. But I also have gotten a lot of tickets (speeding mostly) which jacked my rates up.
Contact State Farm for insurance rates. That's who we have and they never have asked about any mods.

i one time asked my insurance agent about putting a lift on my truck if it would change my rate and the just told me, "there's no way we would know if you lifted it" state farm office likes me for some reason
but i'm paying just about $300 a month for me and my mom's insurance, full coverage on both vehicles
