Default Lift?

hey guys, I'm new to the F150 scene. I would like to lift my truck a little and was wondering what you guys have or what you would reccomend. I want maybe a 3" - 6" lift. And put some bigger tires on her too. pics would be great.

Cheers
Terik

We need more information. Is it a 4x2 or 4x4? What size tire are you planning on putting on your truck, 33’s, 35’s, 40’s etc? Most of the trucks I have seen don’t use lifts but rather use a level kit and level the front with the back. If you do this and it is a 4x2, you can put up to 33’s on. If it is a 4x4, you can go up to 35’s. If you want tires bigger than 35’s, a level + a lift is what most get. Depending on how big of a tire you plan on using will determine how much of a lift you get.

BDS is one of the best out there I have found. A 2.5" level kit will run you about $150.00 for the parts. Hell Bent Steel makes a good kit also, they cost around $70.
