Default Leveling spacers

For the leveling kit up front, is there any consensus as to whether the blocks on top or below the shock are better?

are the shock lifts any better besides the value of a better shock? 2” with a shock should be the same geometry with a block above or below the shock right?

Never seen a below the strut leveling kit.. and the strut or coil over lift is a better choice for what you said..

Do they make them for F150's? I know they have them for Silverados.

Does anyone know if it is possible to lift the truck to get the drop, loosen the top shock bolt then lower truck and compress the lower control arm to put spring compressor on there and then slide the spacer on without taking all the control arms and everything else off?
