Default Leveling options

Ok guys I need some help. I've got a 2010 xlt 4x2. I want to get the same stance as a leveled 4x4. My fender to center of hub measure 21.5" in the front and 23.5" in the rear. I've been told a 4x4 measures 23" in the front and 24.5" in the rear. So in theory a 1.5" in the front will level it out. I plan on putting a 1" rear block in the back to put me at 24.5". I would like to keep a .5" rake. So again, in theory I should be able to put a 2.5" in front along with the 1" block in the rear to put me at 24" in the front and 24.5" in the rear. I've seen ppl saying the AS kit actually raises u .5" higher than they say. Should I go with the 2" AS kit to give me the 2.5" I'm looking for or what kit do u recommend me buying for 2.5" of lift? Also, I'm looking at getting some cooper discoverer st maxx 275/70r18. Does anyone with a leveled 4x4 have pics of that size tire on their truck? I'm worried the width of the wheel will make my truck look like a roller blade or something. All input will be greatly appreciated.

Also, would anyone recommend an add-a-leaf. Would that give me too much lift?

No input? I'm looking to order a kit from rough country. It's a 2.5" leveling kit with a 1" rear block. Will this look right with 275/70r18 tires? Looking to order it tonight so someone help me out.

That is the lift I want on my 4x4. My tires are 275/65 r18 and I'm worried they might look too small. But you can always go with bigger tires next time you have to replace them.

You wont have any issues with the size of the tires not looking right, i have a 05 fx4 and did that same kit. No issues so far and its been on for almost 2 years, im also runing 275 70 18 duratracs and they look good on it. Not sure if you plan on just adding a block to what you already have but i would suggest going with just one block back there so instead of a 2inch and a 1inch block just order a 3inch one.
