I have a 2006 FX4 and was wanting to get a 2.5" leveling kit and bigger tires. I was thinking about going with the toyo open country M/T's and i was wondering what is the biggest tire i can fit with the leveling kit....i believe its a 325/65/r18, but im not sure. Im am also looking to get dual exhaust....probably flow masters...in your opinion what should i go with here.

i just put the leveling kit on, was wondering if i can get 35 12.50 17's on there........the local tire place said no but i think they will fit.......any idea's??

As long as you have the new body style trucks with 4X4 they will fit. You might have to do some minor trimmimg but not much.

 

The local tire company probably said no because they aren't willing to mount a 12.50" tire and a wheel that's only 7" wide. They will fit though and I have seen some F150 owners running that size tire on the stock wheels. It's just a matter of getting the tire company to mount them for you.
