Default leveling kit question/problem

So I have a RC 2.5 level with the 1 inch block in back. The truck started to make a low growling sound so I took it in to the dealer to have them check it out. They said that the kit raised the truck changing the angle of the driveshaft to much into the pinion that is now causing a noise. They said take it back to whoever installed it and they should put a spacer on the carrier bearing to solve the problem. So I took it to the place where I got it installed and he put it up on the hoist and had some kind of stethoscope device and said the noise is coming from the transfer case and the lift does not change the drive shaft angle enough to cause any problems. So back to dealer and he says he won't touch it with the rear blocks in but front spacers ok. So does anyone have a opinion on what might be wrong and who is right, my dealer, or the level install guy. And I must say for just dropping 30+ grand the dealer wasn't very helpful in trying to solve my problem with my 2013 with 2000 miles on it. Thanks. Truck has blocks coming out next week and will be taken back to dealer.
