Default To level or not to level

New to the truck platform. Hearing a lot about leveling my new 2024 Ford F-150 XLT. I do want to put a slightly larger tire and push a little POKE about 3/4 - 1 inch. First, do I need to level? 2nd. Will leveling the truck affect my linkage. I know that jeep guys are always complaining about steering and linkage problems with lifts and things. 3rd, will a lift void any warranties. Any other good things or bad things about leveling (I assume a 2" front level is the NORM...Thanks

I didn't level my 17, couldn't find a good reason to do so.
I presume owners do it for cosmetic reasons, not sure..

I leveled my 16 for a few reasons. one was front end sag with my plow, two I wanted larger tires. Three I like the look of a leveled truck.

I did 2" leveling pucks on front end just for look of level truck. It does add stress to lower control arm bushings, and you may have to replace upper control arms for additional lift over 2". 1" pucks adds 2" lift btw.

It’s all personal preference. I like the look of rake on a truck and I tow a camper so I did nothing.

Some like the leveled look. If you don’t tow or haul much it’s fine, but if you get into any heavier towing you’d probably want to do something with the rear like RAS.

I would not run more than 2" of level. more than that and I think you will be running into issues by overextending the suspension on droop.

It could cause warranty issues if the dealer wanted to be a pain in the butt.

You didnt mention tire size or offset of the wheels you want for the extra poke so we can't even begin to guess whether they will fit without a level.
