Default Level kit vs Lifting

My 2010 F150 is stock height but being 6'7" i hate opening the door and being flat footed on the ground. So need opinions on either just doing a level or lifting.

Not looking at spending a lot on money and don't wanna do a lot of mods to my truck. Thanks for the suggestions

Huge cost differential between the two. Seeing as you stated you don't want to spend a lot, a level is the way to go.

Spacers are the cheapest way to go... You can go up to 3'', but I wouldn't go that high, especially if you go with strut spacers.

I fine mine too low in the front as well (big rake...) and I'm planning on raising the front maximum 1'' to at least keep a little rake. I'm just too lazy to perform that work myself right now.

@EDUSKATOR:
What have you currently done to your truck; friend at the fire house said he did a 2 3/4 level and when i tried to get out of his truck i wasn't flat footed. You said you wouldn't go 3" so what are you doing?

please and thank you
