just my opinion, but I'm not a fan of the levels that go over 2" ... in fact, I went with a 1.5" level. This is mainly due to the fact that the higher the level, the more stress you're putting on the front end.

Here's my FX4 w/ a 1.5" AutoSpring kit up front, and the AutoSpring 2" rear blocks (replaced my 1.375" rear factory blocks) and 34" Nitto Terra Grapplers:

I just don't think having it 1" higher would make any appreciable difference, and I am not really stressing anything out by only going 1.5" higher.

I did a 1.75" level on my 2 wheel drive xlt for a lot less than any of those so called kits they sell upwards of $200.

Best part about it next to the cost ($20 usd) is it can be undone when ever I feel like it, takes about 30 mins to install.

Hardest part about installing it is finding a tool that will spread the coils apart enough to add them, they are called coil spring stabilizers and can be purchased any where they sell specialty suspension parts.

Some before and after pics and what they look like installed.

I have the rough country 2.5" leveling kit on my truck. I love it and have had no problems so far.

Default Total height of lift and tires

I'm lookin at putting a leveling kit on my 2012 platinum. I was wondering if any one could give me the roof height after the leveling kit and the leveling kit that installs blocks in the rear. And if possible what it will be with 35's or 34's on it to. I've got to make sure it will still fit in my garage

If you are "that close" to being too tall already, then there's no way to know for sure what you're going to end up with.

The basic answer to your question is, if you add a 2" leveling kit (net increase in height of almost 2" at the front of the roof of the truck) and add 34" tires (2" taller than stock, 1" net increase in height) ... then you're effectively adding approximately 3" of height to your truck.

Now, go measure your truck now ... then the clearance you have in your garage ... then see if that will put you in danger.

That's about all you can do.

Thanks for the help. Wasn't sure how much the tires and lift would add. Thx
