if i'm not mistaken, i believe you can separate the two pieces, if so you can just take the script out and plasti dip the blue over black

Yes. I ordered a new emblem for mine, disassembled it, painted it two color-matched, reassembled, and used a soldering iron to melt the posts back together.

Dipped my front end and rear bumper along with wheels. This was a few weeks ago. Took it all off but thinking about redoing it again. The picture attached is when it was dipped. What do you guys think?

Ya that's what I thought. I like the chrome because it looks good when it's washed.

I like the wheels black. Not the front end.

I don't think it looks bad at all, but I've never seen it without the dip either.

I dipped my grill to get rid of the chrome on my new grill after I wrecked my fx4 6 bar grill.
