Let's See Ruby Red Picks

I have a '11 in red candy metallic. Which seems similar to ruby red. I never would have planned on that color initially. I was planning on getting a neutral colored truck (white, silver, dark gray), but the truck they had on the lot with the featurs I wanted and a price I could handle was red candy. I thought it looked good, but wondered if I'd regret such a "flashy" color later.
I should not have worried. It grew on me more and more. I get tons of compliments. It is my favorite ford color. And I like a lot of the color options. For a while I really liked Pale Adobe. I don't see many of those around here. I wondered if I would have preferred that over Red Candy. One day a i parked next to a pale adobe truck exactly like mine... thought my truck was way prettier
There are a lot of great color options. I think the ruby red with the packages your considering looks REALLY nice. If you think you'll like it, go for it. I'm sure you'll love it.

I have the red candy in a 2012 Lariat. I was interested in the Ruby Red but they had the 2012 on the lot with everything I wanted. I love the color. I had a grey Accord before and the wife has a grey Camry so we wanted some color. This fits the bill for us.

The red is very very nice. Go with the best DEAL you can find, and pick one of the colors you stated- they are all great. (I got $15k+ off when I bought my white one...)
And I was a GM guy for over 20 years, and couldn't be happier with my '11 Ecoboost. This is a fabulous truck line, and Ford's are great trucks. I don't badmouth GM- my trucks never, ever let me down. But I went buying with fresh eyes, and the Ford was hands down the best truck- especially considering the price I paid.
