Default LED reverse lights

Trying to stick Led bulbs in the taillights reverse light position . Bulbs only caused the reverse sensors to constantly keep on the dash so I ordered an error free version with resistors and still doing the same thing.

This is a 2007 king ranch. Any solutions out there to replace the stock bulbs with leds? Also does this mean I could, have a problem when I get aroubd to installing the back up cam?

I used these and no more issues with the backup sensors.

Make sure you clamp them around the positive and negative wires together.

The back up sensors still worked correctly, correct? Just no longer automatically came on once in reverse?

Anyone else have issues with LED reverse lights and back up sensor? I tried the offered solution above and it didn't work.

I run these in my 07 Lariat: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MC6H0AI/

No problems with the sensors.

I also run these as aux lighting, on their own relay, triggered by the reverse wire and/or constant on depending on what position the switch is in, again no problems either way.

Sounds to me, though, like you introduced some RF interference into your system and that's what's causing your sensors to act wacky.

Thanks guys. I will try those lights. Frustrating but not a huge deal. I haven't changed or added anything to the system but the bulbs so not sure where the interference would come from other than resistance
