Lease Help advice needed

Yep. And on paper (I know it is all estimated when I calculate) but If I do loose money we are taking about $1000-1500 over the 3 years. And I justify that by having a new vehicle every 3 years, almost no maintenance (no one seems to factor that in) and I am happy and less stressed. I prepay milage (Residual is lower due to more miles) and the few times I have gone over, dealer doesn't care since I am buying another vehicle. Also I should mention when I leased my 2015, the dealer wanted to even trade my lease 2012 (was turning in early so I was "selling". Walked across street to CarMax and made $2325. On the flip side on my wife's 2017 Ford Explorer I had to put tires on it 18 months into lease (would had to regardless of leasing or buying) and when I was leasing my 2019 F150 complained to dealer (from which I leased the Explorer from) and was told that there is issues with the tires and could try and get money back from Hanok, which I am still in process of.

I can see that, I am on the opposite end for the same reasons, I buy vehicles usually 3 years old to not take the initial depreciation and keep them for 10-12 years. So keep those leases nice and pass em down.

I had already done all of this prior to reaching out to the dealers so I have the mf, residual and any incentives in the area. Did you get yours from Community of Mooresville? It's laughable that you have that payment for a Lariat compared to what they are offering me.

Ya that is why is seemed off to me. Keep in mind I also added Tailgate Step, 20" Wheels and Spray In Bedliner. Mine was ordered and made rough negotiations (pending any additional or lost incentives) first week of January and took deliver around 2nd week of March. I will mention I was supposed to get XPLAN but got better pricing as I wiggled my way to more due to it being my 5th vehicle from them. I spoke directly to GM.

Forgot to mention I got from Art Hill in NWI.

They wear fast. Mine were bald at 22k. Bought new Good Years in November. When I was in dealer getting truck in January complained and he told me there was an issue with them going bald. Problem for me is I was unaware and trying to get my money back for the new set at Sams Club. They are taking their time (Hanok) because I didn’t go thru them. Trying to argue I was unaware and bought on my own. Apparently they wanted to replace with same tire, just newer “model”. If you search google there is a lengthy thread at an explorer forum as well.

I am so happy with it! I will now be upgrading every 3-4 years and be patient to find the same deal on a 3 year old off-lease local truck.
