05' 5.4 crewcab with a passenger front floor leak. Always wet and can't keep a floormat down or it grows mold. Any thoughts on this? No smell to the liquid and never a lot of liquid.

 

I have a 2007 Crewcab. I noticed water collects in the body cavity under the fuse box. I took it to the dealer today and they say there are drain holes ahead and behind of this location. They thought the water was collecting there from runoff off the carpet / floormats which I find hard to believe.
