Default Leaking & temp rising

We drove for 4.5 hrs across the AZ highway and by the time we reached our destination, there was a large puddle coming from the front end of the truck. It wasn't engine oil or transmission fluid. A week later, after driving another 300+ miles my engine light pops up, temp rises and there's a clanking sound I hear coming from the engine. The temp in my area had been 100+. Is it a coolant leak and why is there a clanking sound? Thanks!

Probably just condensate from the AC. Check the coolant level of the truck.

Autozone guys checked the zone: bank 1 & 2 combustion too lean. Started up engine and found out pvc elbow cracked. Replaced and running much better. Thanks guys!
