Default Leaf spring blocks in rear?

Ive got an 06 f150 and I've got the front leveled 2 1/2".. Ive got 285-60/18 tires.. What size blocks do you think I could put in the back with out it looking stupid? I'm just trying to find a cheaper way to lift the truck temporarily before I spend money on a complete suspension lift. If anyone has pics I can look at that would be helpful too, or links to a site that sells the blocks..

I would recommend going with an add-a-leaf. Not only lifts the rear but also increases payload capacity if you pull trailers or haul anything heavy. My truck has a 2" Hell Bent Steel level and an add-a-leaf I got from www.fatbobsgarage.com
