Yup, my 03 was both. I believe the FX4 package is/always has been available on the SD. The boss of a service company we use drives a new F250 KR and has the FX4 package. It's just an extra package as opposed to a trim.

On the SD it's basically just skid plates and different shocks.

My 03 f150 has both; skid plates, Rancho's, gears, and posi from the FX4 package and leather, power sliding rear window, and power pedals from the Lariat package.

Power sliding rear window=best. feature. ever
