Default lack of power

I just left California to go to Denver, Colorado and my truck feel's It's lacking power. Does any one have some tips or ticks for me. I know that there is a big difference in altitude therefore less oxygen, what can I do to fix that?

Are you already in Colorado, or just on your way?

Is everything running good? When was the last time you did a tune-up? I wouldn't think terrain would have any effect on your truck, unless your going through a foot of snow or mud.

No but the air is a lot thinner here since Denver is a mile above sea level.

Remove your air filter for a few minutes, see if it clears up a little. You may need to get a K&N high performance filter.

Yea a k and n oiled filter would be good. After that you may just have to buy yourself a ecoboost and get your forced induction on.
